Though the area of development has no boundaries, yet DDWS is trying its best to fulfill its objective of development by strengthening the poorest and most marginalized groups in the 14 civil districts of Allahabad Diocese in Uttar Pradesh. DDWS does not differentiate between people on the basis of caste, color, gender and treats them as equals and wants to provide them a high status, a status where they feel confident to be self dependant, to earn the livelihood for their families, feel respected and honored. DDWS wishes to bring a revolution in society so that it realizes that changes arises from within itself and needs to be sustained through collective actions.
